This year my mom and I are having a Christmas Tea at a local country club. It's going to be one week before Christmas so it won't run into family visits etc. The party will be from 2-5 p.m. We will send formal invitations to all of our friends(girls only). It's not going to be like high tea but a little more casual. All of the food and tea will be on one large main table. There will be some smaller tables around so people can sit to eat if they want to. But we will mostly be walking around talking and eating. For food we will have finger sandwiches, small pastries, bon bons, and cookies for the little ones. We will also serve tea(of course) and coffee. we are going to rent the club's restaurant/dining area so there will be pleanty of room for lots of guests. We should have a great time and I hope you like this idea for your party.
