A Not Eggsactly Easter Egg Hunt  When I found out I pregnant with my third child, it was a surprise to everyone since I had just given birth only 6 months prior to the news.  We told the family at Christmas by giving my youngest a sweatshirtthat read I'm a Big Sister.  Everyone then wanted to know the sex of the baby, including us.  We went for a sonogram and told the technician to write it down on a piece of paper and put it in a sealed envelope.  Easter was around the corner so we decided to have our usual Egg Hunt with a twist.  We put the sealed envelope with news in an oversized Golden Egg. We hid it along with all the other eggs filled with candy for the kids to find. The one who finds the Golden Egg got to reveal to the family and friends what the sex of the baby would be. As luck may have it my older daughter found the egg.  Since she was almost 3 and couldn't read script my niece read it and told her what to say.  She yelled to the group, "I'm having a baby brother!"  Needless to say everyone was thrilled because we had two girls already and now we would have our son.  Of course, the kids just wanted to eat their candy:)
