We live out in the country and have about 4 acres. Every year, my daughter invites her whole class over for a Harvest Birthday Party. We have the kids press cider, go on a hay ride, and play fun games. We divide the kids into 4 teams and we see who can stuff a scarecrow the fastest. We also have a pumpkin ring toss. Kids line up to try to see how many rings they can get to stay on the pumpkin stem. They also run all over our yard just playing tag! We have a campfire cookout and of course we have cake and ice cream! i usually schedule the party for 3 hours because otherwise theirs not enough time to do everything! Towards the last half hour, I give each child a glow bracelet and they go on a haunted hayride. The kids love this party and always ask my daughter if she's going to have it again!
